For medical marijuana card holders: You probably already know that state laws deems your use and/or cultivation of marijuana to be legal. However, the federal government has a different view on marijuana legalization. We follow all federal laws. The US government states that the sale of gardening equipment for an "illegal purpose" is illegal in itself. We will be guilty of a federal offense if we give any advice on growing marijuana or if we sell any products for the cultivation of marijuana.
Please understand, we do, indeed, want your business; but we cannot risk our livelihood for this legal gray area. We personally don't care what you grow; just please don't tell us about it.
